Refund Policy

At KLP hobby, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Be in the same condition as when you received it.

Unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original, unopened packaging.

Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@klp-racing.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.

Important Note:

Items returned without prior approval or a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Damages and Issues
We take pride in delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@klp-racing.com. We will evaluate the issue and work promptly to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized products.

Items purchased during promotions, sales, or outlet deals.

Gift cards.

The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

Return the original item following the return process.

Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be:

In the same condition as received.

Unused, with tags attached.

In its original, unopened packaging.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
